A maximum delay of 15 min. will be allowed from the scheduled starting time; if a team arrives later than the prescribed delay time, the team in waiting will take 3 points by default.
In case a team is short of players for the game, non-registered people are not permitted to complete the roster. A team may choose to forfeit the match, or play, provided they have a minimum of 5 players.
Each team may officially register a maximum of 10 players as part of their roster.
In case of a team “no-show” 0 points will be awarded.
During the course of the season, 3, 1, and 0 points will be awarded for a win, tie and loss respectively.
The referee will use a red and yellow card system.
All games will be played according to FIFA regulations, except for offsides.
A fight will surmount to an ejection from the game plus an automatic disqualification for the remainder of the season.
Similarly, obscene and abusive language will result in a yellow card for the first offence, and an ejection for repeat offences.
A red card results in an ejection from the game and an automatic suspension for the following game.
All substitutions to be made only during whistles and after advising and getting referee’s permission.
In case of a refereeing/linesman judgement discrepancy only the team captains will approach the referee.
Due to the limited time schedule of the season there will be no postponements or cancellations, including rain delays or cancellations. All games will go on as scheduled.
In case of a win by default a 3-0 victory will be awarded to the winning team.
A proper Islamic dress code will be observed, therefore all shorts and sweatpants must be at least past the knee.
